Oven-roasted Bacon-Enoki Wrap



  • 5 strips of bacon in maple syrup, cut into halves
  • 1 pack of Enoki mushrooms
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp butter, melted

Blanch the Enoki mushrooms using hot water for approximately 30 seconds, then drain. Wrap the mushrooms with the bacon carefully. Arrange the rolls into a baking tray covered with aluminum foil. Brush the bacon with melted butter, then season with freshly-ground black pepper.

Roast in a 250 degrees C preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until brown.
